Mr Li is the founder and CEO of eLaws.us/CommerNet, Inc since December 1997. He is the architect of e-Regulations platform of State of Florida, State of Montana, District of Columbia, and many local governments, which is the State and local equivalent of Federal Regulations.Gov. These Regulation-making platforms he designed have been in use for more than ten years, currently relied upon by over a thousand government rulemaking agencies, as well as by tens of millions of citizens. He is a recognized expert in the e-Regulation field by the National Association of the Secretary of State, ACR section, who gave several speeches in their National conferences as well as in Office of Federal Registrar. Mr Li also partnered in founding several successful ventures in the field of eCommerce and International Export.
Throughout his experience as an expert working in the governmental processes, and as a social worker, Mr Li has become staunch conservative believing in self-reliance, personal responsibility and small government. He is a Founding Member of AAPI Conservative Leadership Caucus (www.AAPI.GOP), Executive Director of National Committee of Asian American Republicans (www.Asian.GOP), and a Board Director of Asian Pacific Islander Conservative Council (APICC); all are leading national organizations for AAPI Republicans. He is one of most influential champions in AAPI conservative movement, active both at grass root level as well as in forming national AAPI strategy. He was one of thirty-one advisors of Asian Pacific American Advisory Committee of Trump-Pence Campaign, promoting the national #MAGA movement. He chaired Asian Coalition of DeSantis-Nunez for Governor Campaign in 2018 mid-term, helping GOP maintaining the control of the Florida Governor seat in this critical battling State.
He was appointed numerously as an advisor of the Florida Advisory Council on Small and Minority Business Development from 2007-2011 by FL Governor’s office, and actively involved in many AAPI communities as well as in diverse communities of Haitian, Venezuelan, Cuban, Romanian, and etc.
